General Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all consulting and advisory services provided by Axel Hoehnke Consulting. Deviating client conditions are not recognised unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Conclusion of contract & scope of services
- Compensation, payment terms & VAT — payment 14 days net, no deductions
- Confidentiality obligations (also post-termination)
- Intellectual property — work product ownership transfers to client on full payment
- Termination (open-ended contracts): 4 weeks' notice to end of month
- Jurisdiction: Lübeck, Germany — German law applies (CISG excluded)
